SHIPPING
Uomini products are delivered through Fed Ex, UPS, DHL, or USPS. Products are shipped from the United States. Shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days for anything in the United States and for the rest of the world it could be between 7-14 business days. For any country with underdeveloped addresses we can send it to a local Fedex or UPS location for pick up.
PAYMENT
Products sold on the uomini.us website that aren’t customized can be paid for by credit card or paypal. Products that are customized will be sold the same way but with our bespoke option a payment link will be sent to the purchaser.
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT
After we agree on your suit design, we’ll send you the invoice/payment link. Production begins the next business day after payment.
RETURNS
There are no returns on any custom Uomini products. This includes all suits.
For products which aren’t customized, please contact kromah@uomini.us. Products must be in perfect condition upon return. If approved by the company, the return will be issued. We will refund the amount due. Allow 7-14 business days for the return to be processed and the refunded to be issued. If the return is not accepted, the product will be sent back to the address given at checkout.
Uomini is not responsible for the shipment cost back to Uomini. Keep in mind the product could be damaged on it’s delivery to Uomini. If a product is received to the buyer in a damaged condition upon delivery, reach out to kromah@uomini.us as soon as possible. Damaged products must be sent back for a refund.
